THE EFFECT OF JOB ENLARGEMENT ON EMPLOYEES’ JOB
PERFORMANCE AT THE HARRIS HOTEL AND CONVENTION BEKASI
The hospitality industry as we know it is a business field that not only offers
accommodation but also services, therefore the role of employees is very important in
this industry. Performance performed by employees can determine whether or not a
business is good, especially in the hotel industry. This study aimed to determine the
effect of Job Enlargement on employees’ job performance at HARRIS Hotel Bekasi.
In this study the population was all employees of HARRIS Hotel Bekasi with a
sample of 74 respondents using probability sampling method.
